Probation Period 

After a driver passes the road test after some revocations a driver will be on probation for 6 months. If a driver is found guilty of two moving violations while on probation a driver’s license will suspended for 60 days. In the case of a single conviction for speeding, reckless driving, tailgating or DWAI the license will be suspended for 90 days. When the suspension ends the driver will start the 6 month probation period over again. If the driver is convicted during this period for any two moving violations or one of the single violations listed above the license will be revoked for the minimum of 6 months.
